Right of withdrawal for business customers
We would like to inform you that the right of withdrawal in the B2B sector (business-to-business) is handled differently than in consumer business. It is important to understand that business customers who purchase products for business purposes do not have the right to cancel in certain circumstances.
Right of withdrawal
- Scope: The right of withdrawal does not apply to our business customers if, when concluding the contract, they are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB).
- Exceptions: In certain cases, we may decide to grant a right of withdrawal. These cases are examined individually and require written confirmation from us.
- Cancellation period: If a right of cancellation is granted, the cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or have taken possession of the goods.
- Cancellation form: In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). to revoke the contract.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods in the event of a cancellation. The goods should be returned or handed over to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.
