For the reason that we offer exclusively company customers, the prices are declared in our price lists and on our web pages as net prices.

Terms of Delivery
- The delivery times in our system are to be seen as delivery terms on receipt
of prepayment or by cash on delivery and invoice on receipt of ordering
- The delivery costs depend on the ordering country. As a reference value,
however, you can assume 5.00 EUR for a package of 5 kg within Germany incl.
packing material. Delivery costs in foreign countries of the EU you will see
in our Shipping and Handling Table
- The COD charges in Germany are fixed respectively with 0,3% of the COD amount (but at least 5.75 EUR) and with 1% in foreign countries of the EU (but at least 13.75 EUR)

Terms of Payment
You have the following possibilities of payment
- Invoice (with payment target)
- Prepayment (less 3% discount)
- Cash on delivery (plus COD charge)
Customer Discount + Commodity Groups
Major customers obtain an individual customer discount depending upon the height of their purchase volume. This consists of 4 partial discounts for the respective commodity groups I - IV. These discounts are deposited firmly in your master data and will be consider for following orders.
Notice: This is possible only after previous arrangement with us!
Annual Bonus
To justify your confidence in us, we provide our registrated master customers a bonus system.For every selfmade online order of the commoditiy groups I + II you get an additional annual discount of 3% on the net invoice amount (after discounts). This amount is credited to your personal bonus account and is available as of January of the following year in form of a product voucher.
Please notice, that we unfortunately cannot pay out the annual bonus in cash.
